About Eleanor

My experience spans several years where I've been able to work with children, young adults, adults and couples. I like to meet you where you are at in your therapeutic journey. We explore together what you or your child wants to get out of counselling and I adapt to help you reach your goals and get you to a space where you can start to feel more connected with yourself. I work integratively with a passion for psychodynamic and trauma therapy. I'm constantly training to bring more to the work and I have a full DBS and am a member of NCPS.

About Lorriane

I am a qualified humanistic practitioner. I use different counselling methods to support my clinical practice. During our first session we can discuss what you require from the counselling. These skills may be cognitive solution-based learning skills together with practical guidance to support your wellbeing and happiness in life.

About Kay Thomas MBACP Dip. Couns

I'm a trauma informed therapist with experience working with issues relating to addiction, grief (including child and baby loss), relationship conflicts and serious health diagnoses. I have a special interest in working with clients struggling with life changes and issues relating to neurodiversity. Clients describe me as warm, empathic, accepting and open-minded and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to explore life-impacting problems such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and stress. I do this using a range of modalities to help people make sense of what's going on for them and to forge a way forward for a life that is happier, healthier, and ultimately, more fulfilling.

About Christina

Hey, I'm Christina, a BACP Registered integrative therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients from infancy through to adulthood. I'm bubbly, curious, and creative by nature, and I bring that energy into my work while staying focused on therapy that genuinely helps. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex experiences such as emotional regulation difficulties, attachment wounds, identity issues, and long-standing patterns that can feel overwhelming and hard to shift. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. A space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported to make real changes that fit your life at a pace that feels right for you.

About Laura

I am an experienced counsellor working with adults, children, and young people. My approach is integrative, combining Person-Centred and Psychodynamic models and I tailor my approach to you.

My background is in the charity sector, where I support individuals and families, as well as in schools, working with both students and staff.

People have come to see me for many different reasons, including anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, living with long-term illness, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, identity, faith struggles, diversity-related experiences, and neurodivergence. I take care to listen, whatever might be bothering you, and you don't need to have a diagnosis or a label for what you'd like to talk about.

I'm passionate about what I do, and curious about the human mind: why we have become the way we are, why we do what we do.

I believe that counselling, when done collaboratively, with warmth and compassion, can give people the insight and tools they need for increased self-awareness, positive change and living better.
